As a community-owned club, our ability to operate, open lifts, host events, and keep costs accessible relies on members pitching in and sharing the load. Volunteer Credits – How It Works (you need to be a financial member of the club to volunteer)
To recognise the time and effort our volunteers contribute, Rainbow uses a simple credit system:

On-Mountain Accommodation
As an added bonus, volunteers who complete a full day of volunteering on a weekend may have the opportunity to stay in our on-mountain staff accommodation (subject to availability). It’s a great way to make the most of your time on the hill, soak up the Rainbow atmosphere, and enjoy being part of the community.
This volunteer model helps keep Rainbow affordable, sustainable, and community-driven — while rewarding those who give their time to support the club. Whether you can help regularly or just a few days a season, every contribution counts and helps ensure Rainbow continues to thrive for years to come.
