The Te Tau Ihu top-of-the-south region is very fortunate to have strong community support that enables Rainbow to offer winter alpine recreation opportunities for everyone. We benefit from the contributions of businesses, individuals, funding organisations and local bodies who collectively enable this wonderful facility to continue operating.
Rainbow Sports Club is a not for profit organisation that has successfully run Rainbow Ski Area for the last sixteen seasons. This has been made possible by the hundred’s of volunteer days that are put in every year by contributors from club members to interested tradespeople to companies who share the vision of keeping Rainbow a sustainable community asset.
These organisations have all contributed substantial resources to Rainbow in current or recent years for development projects and to support ongoing operations.
