Rainbow Ski Club will be celebrating the end of the snow season!
Dust off your vintage ski gear, channel your inner ’90s, and schuss onto the slopes of neon nostalgia. Here are the deets:
Date: Friday 18 October Time: 8 til late Venue: Two Thumb Brewery, 32c New Street, Nelson Cost: $25 per person
What to Expect: Shimmy in your Salopettes & moonwalk in your Moon Boots: Headband or snood? Your choice – the brighter the better!
Slope-Side Tunes: From 9pm world renowned DJ Gene Kennedy will spin classic hits with a ’90s vibe, sliding into modern disco house from 10pm. Carve up the dancefloor with some freestyle grooves!
Drinks: Warm your cockles with your preferred tipple from the Two Thumb bar. Food: Fill your boots from the bar’s kitchen – cheese fondues not available, sorry!
Photo Booth: Capture the memories with our ski props from the mountain. Slope-Style Awards: Prizes for the best-dressed skiers!
Remember, this isn’t just a party—it’s a snow-cial event for anyone – on or off piste! So sharpen your edges, grab your ski buddies and let’s après-ski like it’s 1995.
